OTRS - Helpdesk platform in Perl

It provides web interface to administer and manage the tickets. Email notifications will be sent out for new tickets and follow-ups.

Output of reports could be saved as PDF format. It has support for multiple databases. Full text search is provided to search the tickets. LDAP authentication support is available.
