The open Home Automation Bus (openHAB) project aims at providing a universal integration platform for all things around home automation.  It is an open-source solution based on the Eclipse SmartHome framework. openHAB brings together different bus systems, hardware devices and interface protocols by dedicated bindings. These bindings send and receive commands and status updates on the openHAB event bus.

SpeakRight is an Java framework for writing speech recognition applications in VoiceXML. Dynamic generation of VoiceXML is done using the popular StringTemplate templating framework. Although VoiceXML uses a similar web architecture as HTML, the needs of a speech app are very different. SpeakRight lives in application code layer, typically in a servlet. The SpeakRight runtime dynamically generates VoiceXML pages, one per HTTP request. 
 Applications are written in Java using SpeakRight's extensible classes.

Yasson is a Java framework which provides a standard binding layer between Java classes and JSON documents. This is similar to what JAXB is doing in the XML world. Yasson is an official reference implementation of JSON Binding. It defines a default mapping algorithm for converting existing Java classes to JSON suitable for the most cases.

 ModelGoon provides support to create UML diagram from Java source. It provides support to build packages dependencies diagram, Class Diagram from existing sources, Build Sequence Diagram from a Java method, Shows the dependencies between user selected packages and lot more. ModelGoon is not a UML modeler, but just an UML point of view above the Java source code. It still uses UMLet for drawing purpose and the Eclipse Modeling Tools for implementing full MDA platforms.
