Weekly Product Updates #23-06: Kotlin, Helidon, Godot, Appium and Hibernate Search

Below are product updates happened last week.

Jetbrains has released Kotlin 1.9.0 version. It has great improvements for standard library. Its K2 complier is now in Beta which aims to bring major performance improvements, speed up new language feature development, unify all platforms that Kotlin supports, and provide a better architecture for multiplatform projects.  

Godot is a cross-platform 2D and 3D game engine released 4.1 version. This update fixes over 900 issues that users have reported from using Godot 4.

Hibernate Search 6.2.0.Final is released. It is compatible with Lucene 8.1, Elasticsearch 8.8, OpenSearch 2.8. 

Oracle released Helidon 3.2.2 version. Helidon is a set of Java libraries for writing Microservices.

Appium is an open-source project and ecosystem of related software, designed to facilitate UI automation of many app platforms, including mobile (iOS, Android, Tizen), browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari), desktop (macOS, Windows), TV (Roku, tvOS, Android TV, Samsung), and more released version 2.0
